CCS develops powerful automation tools that give financial institutions the ability to generate professional documentation based on their legal language. These tools are so robust that three of the ten largest banks in the country use our software for documenting their most complicated middle and upper tier commercial credit. Many programming languages have detrimental limitations when generating professional looking legal agreements. Variable numbers of signers, outlining and columnization can really complicate output. In order to maintain a professional appearance, many institutions built complex word processing forms with embedded macros. These created professional looking documents but did not allow the data to be used except within the form itself.
Our systems combine some of the most sophisticated word processing features with the ability to dynamically store and retrieve data. Storing data in relational databases allows the data to be used for other processes, such as loan booking or credit monitoring. This area of the lending process is one of CCS' specialties and can be added to most any environment to improve efficiency.
