Programmer/Analyst
Job Description: This position will be assigned development tasks to be developed in JAVA, JavaScript and SQL. This position will also help with the designs of components and resolve/troubleshoot issues that are found within the application. The growth path of this position is to continue down a technical path to a senior developer/tech lead or ultimately a solutions architect. There is limited travel with this position (less than 20%).

Business Analyst II
Job Description: This position will work directly with end users and business partners to gather and interpret requirements for implementing CCS’s CustomLender credit life cycle management solution. In the initial phases of a project, primarily responsibilities will include traveling onsite to review current processes and perform gap analysis, documenting requirements and working with CCS developers to come up with designs for any product gaps identified. In subsequent project phases, Business Analysts will participate in detailed design and data mapping exercises; they will configure and test the CustomLender product to ensure it meets requirements and enforces bank policies before being delivered to clients; and manage day-to-day implementation activities. The growth path of this position is to become an expert in the CustomLender solution and ultimately progress to an Implementation Lead. There is significant travel with this position (up to 50%).
