Custom Credit Systems is seeking part-time interns that can assist our staff in the development of solid solutions using a variety of technologies for the banking/financial services industry. The successful applicant will work with our staff to build and test enterprise software that addresses all aspects of lending. Typical solutions utilize databases such as Oracle and MS SQL server, programming languages such as JSP, ASP, C++, Java and CCS* own RIA programming toolkit. Additionally, the individual should be detail oriented and committed to providing quality systems. Immediate projects that the successful candidate may be assigned to, depending on experience, will involve heavy Java Script and SQL. Understanding of the commercial lending process or related systems is a plus but is not required.
At minimum, applicants should have:
- Currently pursuing a four year MIS or BCIS degree
- Successfully completed a minimum of 2 years in the degree program with the equivelant GPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale
- Experience programming in a scripting language
- Strong analytical abilities
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- A desire to learn and apply technology to business solutions
It is desired that candidates have experience in or knowledge of:
- Experience programming in Java, Java Script or SQL strongly desired but not required
Previous experience developing systems solutions for banks or financial institutions is a plus.
